These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the VortexA platform and services operated by Avenora Lab Ltd.
By using a service, users agree to the applicable contractual terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable law.
2. Eligibility
Users must satisfy the eligibility requirements applicable to the service, including age, location, legal capacity and any required verification procedures.
Services may be unavailable in restricted jurisdictions.
3. Description of Services
VortexA provides blockchain-related technology and digital asset services, which may include market analysis, arbitrage infrastructure and managed trading operations.
The specific services available to a user are determined by the applicable product description and service agreement.
4. Managed Trading Services
Where users deposit digital assets for managed trading, VortexA exercises operational control over relevant trading activities and withdrawal authorization.
The service agreement must define the legal treatment of deposited assets, permitted trading activities, allocation of profits and losses, fees, custody arrangements and user rights.
5. Deposits
Users are responsible for verifying supported assets, networks and deposit destinations.
Deposits are subject to the procedures described in the Deposit & Withdrawal Policy.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests require VortexA authorization and are subject to the applicable withdrawal policy.
The company must comply with its contractual obligations and applicable laws concerning withdrawals, including any permitted delays or restrictions.
7. Trading Risks
Digital asset trading involves substantial risks, including possible partial or total loss of deposited assets.
VortexA does not guarantee profits or preservation of capital.
8. Fees
Applicable charges are disclosed in the Fees & Charges page and relevant service agreement
9. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information where required, maintain appropriate account security and avoid unlawful use of the platform.
10. Platform Availability
Technology services may experience maintenance, interruptions or failures.
The applicable agreement and law govern responsibility for outages, operational failures and resulting losses.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activities.
12. Regulatory Compliance
VortexA and its users must comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The platform's licensing and authorization status must be accurately disclosed in the relevant jurisdiction.
13. Intellectual Property
Platform software, branding, documentation and other proprietary materials are subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
15. Suspension and Termination
Any suspension or termination rights, notice requirements, appeals and treatment of remaining customer assets must be specified in the final agreement.
16. Liability and Disputes
Liability, governing law, dispute resolution, customer remedies and applicable consumer rights must be established through jurisdiction-specific legal drafting.
