1. Purpose

This Deposit & Withdrawal Policy ("Policy") establishes the procedures, conditions, responsibilities and limitations applicable to the deposit, management and withdrawal of digital assets through the VortexAX platform ("Platform").

The Policy is intended to provide users with information regarding the handling of digital assets deposited into the Platform's managed trading services, the operation of supported smart contracts, the availability of withdrawal claims and the circumstances that may affect transaction processing or settlement.

This Policy applies to users who access or participate in VortexAX's supported digital asset services. It should be read together with the Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, Fees & Charges Policy and other applicable agreements published on the Platform.

By initiating a deposit or using a supported withdrawal mechanism, users acknowledge that they have reviewed the applicable conditions and understand the risks associated with blockchain transactions and managed digital asset trading.

2. Supported Deposits

VortexAX supports deposits of designated digital assets through approved blockchain networks, wallet connections and smart-contract interfaces made available on the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are initiated using the correct digital asset, supported blockchain network and designated deposit address or smart contract. Transactions made through unsupported networks, incompatible tokens or incorrect destinations may result in the permanent loss of digital assets.

All deposits are subject to the technical requirements of the relevant blockchain network and any applicable Platform conditions. VortexAX may establish minimum deposit amounts, supported asset requirements, transaction limits or other operational conditions, which should be disclosed through the relevant Platform interface.

Users must ensure that they have sufficient digital assets to complete their intended deposits and sufficient native blockchain tokens to pay applicable network transaction fees.

VortexAX does not guarantee the recovery of assets transferred incorrectly or through unsupported transaction methods.

3. Deposit Confirmation and Account Crediting

A deposit is considered submitted when the relevant transaction has been broadcast to the applicable blockchain network. Submission alone does not establish that the transaction has been successfully completed or recognized by the Platform.

Deposits are generally recognized after the applicable blockchain transaction has been confirmed and the Platform has successfully identified the relevant transaction details.

The time required for deposit recognition may vary depending on network congestion, blockchain confirmation requirements, smart-contract processing, system availability and other technical conditions.

Following successful recognition, the Platform may display the deposited amount or corresponding participation balance within the user's account or connected wallet interface, according to the applicable service structure.

Users acknowledge that displayed account balances, participation records or trading allocations may represent contractual or Platform-recorded entitlements rather than digital assets remaining in the user's personal wallet.

VortexAX may investigate deposits that cannot be automatically identified, contain inconsistent transaction information or are affected by technical or security-related irregularities.

4. Management and Control of Deposited Digital Assets

Users retain control of the private keys associated with their personal Web3 wallets. VortexAX does not require users to disclose their wallet recovery phrases or private keys as part of the ordinary deposit process.

However, the use of a personal Web3 wallet does not mean that digital assets deposited into VortexAX's managed trading services remain under the user's exclusive custody or control.

Once a user deposits digital assets into a designated smart contract, those assets may subsequently be transferred to wallets controlled or operated by VortexAX for the purposes of trading execution, liquidity management, transaction settlement and other activities associated with the applicable managed service.

Accordingly, deposited digital assets may no longer be independently transferable by the user from their original wallet or directly recoverable from the initial deposit contract.

The user's rights in relation to deposited assets, recorded balances, trading results, available claims and any associated proceeds are governed by the applicable service terms and contractual arrangements.

Participation in managed digital asset trading involves substantial financial and operational risks. Trading activities may result in losses, and neither the return of deposited capital nor the generation of trading profits is guaranteed.

VortexAX's ability to satisfy withdrawal claims may depend on the availability of liquid assets, trading outcomes and other operational circumstances.

5. Withdrawal Eligibility and Smart-Contract Claims

VortexAX provides supported smart-contract mechanisms through which users may initiate claims for eligible available funds, subject to the conditions of the applicable service and smart contract.

Where a claimable balance is available and the relevant smart contract permits execution, users may initiate a withdrawal claim directly through their connected Web3 wallet without requiring separate, transaction-by-transaction approval from VortexAX.

The absence of an individual approval requirement does not mean that all deposited assets are immediately available for withdrawal or that claims can be completed independently of the Platform's liquidity arrangements.

Withdrawal eligibility may depend on the user's recorded claimable balance, applicable service conditions, smart-contract rules, available contract liquidity and any restrictions lawfully applicable to the relevant transaction.

Users must authorize the applicable blockchain transaction through their personal wallet and ensure that sufficient network fees are available to submit the claim.

A withdrawal claim is considered completed only when the relevant blockchain transaction has been successfully executed and confirmed on the applicable network.

Initiating a claim does not constitute a guarantee of immediate settlement, uninterrupted availability or recovery of the full amount originally deposited.

6. Withdrawal Processing, Liquidity and Settlement

Withdrawal processing depends on the interaction between the Platform's recorded claimable balances, the relevant smart contracts and the availability of sufficient digital assets to complete settlement.

Where the applicable smart contract holds sufficient liquidity and all execution conditions are satisfied, an eligible withdrawal claim may be processed through the blockchain without individual intervention or approval by VortexAX.

Where sufficient liquidity is unavailable, settlement may be delayed until the required assets become available within the applicable withdrawal mechanism.

Such circumstances may arise from ongoing trading operations, asset allocation, network disruptions, technical incidents or other conditions affecting the availability or transfer of digital assets.

VortexAX may undertake operational activities to facilitate liquidity availability and settlement in accordance with the applicable service arrangements. However, such activities do not constitute a guarantee that sufficient liquidity will be available at any particular time.

Blockchain confirmation times may also vary due to network congestion, transaction fees, validator activity or other circumstances outside VortexAX's direct control.

Unless a specific timeframe is expressly established under the applicable service terms, VortexAX does not guarantee settlement within a fixed number of hours or days.

Users should not interpret an available withdrawal interface, displayed account balance or submitted blockchain transaction as confirmation that funds have been successfully received.

7. Verification, Security and Regulatory Compliance

VortexAX may implement identity verification, transaction monitoring, wallet screening, fraud prevention and other compliance or security procedures where required by applicable law, contractual obligations or the nature of the services provided.

Such procedures may include reviewing relevant blockchain transactions, investigating suspected unauthorized activity, responding to lawful requests from competent authorities and assessing transactions that present identifiable security or compliance concerns.

Any verification requirement or restriction affecting access to Platform services must be applied in accordance with applicable law, the relevant service terms and the technical capabilities of the deployed smart contracts.

Where a smart contract permits users to initiate claims without individual approval, VortexAX will not describe such claims as subject to routine manual authorization unless that accurately reflects the implemented withdrawal mechanism.

Users may be required to provide reasonable information to investigate disputed transactions or comply with legally applicable obligations.

VortexAX will not request a user's wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key as part of legitimate verification or customer support procedures.

8. Withdrawal Delays, Restrictions and Exceptional Circumstances

The availability or completion of withdrawal claims may be affected by circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Insufficient liquidity within the applicable withdrawal smart contract.
  • Blockchain congestion, network outages or transaction confirmation delays.
  • Smart-contract vulnerabilities, failures or security incidents.
  • Disruptions involving third-party blockchain protocols or infrastructure providers.
  • Trading losses or other circumstances affecting the availability of assets allocated to managed services.
  • Restrictions expressly implemented within the relevant smart-contract architecture.
  • Applicable legal requirements, regulatory directions or lawful orders issued by competent authorities.

Where a material disruption affects withdrawal functionality, VortexAX may communicate relevant information through the Platform or its designated official communication channels, subject to security, operational and legal considerations.

Any suspension, restriction or intervention affecting smart-contract functionality must be consistent with the actual administrative permissions of the relevant contracts and applicable legal requirements.

VortexAX will not require users to make an additional deposit solely as a condition for releasing funds that are otherwise eligible and available for withdrawal.

Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be irreversible and that recovery or reversal of completed transactions may not be technically possible.

9. Fees and Network Charges

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to blockchain network fees, smart-contract execution costs and any service charges expressly applicable to the relevant transaction.

Blockchain network fees are generally determined by the applicable network and may vary according to congestion, transaction complexity and prevailing network conditions.

Any fees charged directly by VortexAX should be disclosed through the Platform interface, the Fees & Charges Policy or other applicable service terms before the relevant transaction is confirmed.

Where third-party protocols are involved, additional protocol-level charges may apply according to their respective terms and technical mechanisms.

Users are responsible for reviewing the transaction details and applicable charges presented by their wallet or Platform interface before authorizing a blockchain transaction.

VortexAX does not control all third-party network fees and cannot guarantee that blockchain transaction costs will remain constant.

10. Transaction Records, Status and Reconciliation

VortexAX may provide transaction records, deposit information, withdrawal claim details and other relevant activity data through the Platform dashboard or associated interfaces.

Where available, blockchain transaction hashes may be used to independently verify transaction submission, execution and confirmation through the relevant blockchain explorer.

Users should distinguish between a transaction that has been initiated, one that remains pending, one that has failed or reverted, and one that has been successfully confirmed.

A displayed Platform balance or transaction record does not necessarily establish that an equivalent amount of digital assets is immediately available in the withdrawal smart contract.

Users are responsible for reviewing their transaction details and promptly reporting material discrepancies through official support channels.

In the event of an inconsistency between Platform records and independently verifiable blockchain transactions, VortexAX may review the relevant records, contract events and operational information to determine the appropriate status of the transaction.

Any correction or adjustment must be consistent with the applicable contractual terms and the technical limitations of the blockchain systems involved.

11. Disputes, Complaints and Support

Users experiencing difficulties with deposits, withdrawal claims, transaction confirmations or related Platform functionality may contact VortexAX through its official support channels.

Support Email: [email protected]

Accounts Email: [email protected]

When submitting an inquiry, users should provide sufficient information to assist with investigation, including the relevant wallet address, blockchain network, transaction hash, approximate transaction date and a description of the issue.

VortexAX may request additional non-sensitive information where reasonably necessary to review the matter.

Users must not provide private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords or other confidential authentication credentials to customer support personnel.

VortexAX will review submitted complaints and provide responses in accordance with its applicable support procedures and legal obligations. The time required to resolve a matter may depend on its complexity, the availability of blockchain records and the involvement of third-party infrastructure or protocols.

Users retain any rights and remedies available to them under applicable law and the governing service agreements.

12. Amendments to This Policy

VortexAX may amend this Policy to reflect changes in supported blockchain networks, smart-contract functionality, operational arrangements, applicable services or legal and regulatory requirements.

Material amendments may be communicated through the Platform or other official channels where appropriate or required by law.

The effective date of the current version will be displayed on this page. Where applicable law requires prior notice or consent for particular changes, VortexAX will follow those requirements.

Changes to this Policy do not automatically alter the technical operation of previously deployed smart contracts or override mandatory legal rights.

Users are encouraged to review the current Policy before initiating deposits or withdrawal claims.

13. Important Risk Disclosure

Digital asset transactions, decentralized finance protocols and managed trading services involve substantial financial, technological, liquidity and operational risks.

Digital assets deposited into VortexAX's managed trading services may be transferred to company-controlled wallets and used in trading operations. Such assets are not necessarily held separately in a personal wallet under the user's exclusive control.

Although eligible withdrawal claims may be initiated through supported smart contracts without individual company approval, successful settlement depends on the applicable contract conditions, available liquidity and blockchain network functionality.

Trading losses, market volatility, liquidity shortages, smart-contract vulnerabilities, cyber incidents and operational failures may result in delays or the partial or total loss of deposited digital assets.

VortexAX does not guarantee trading profits, capital preservation, uninterrupted withdrawal availability or immediate settlement.

Users should carefully assess the risks and review all applicable agreements before depositing digital assets or participating in managed trading services.
